• Once payment is received, your project or service will be initiated as per the agreed project timeline.
• Deliverables (such as websites, reports, marketing materials) are provided digitally via email, client portals, or cloud storage.
• Clients are notified via email or messaging platform upon each project milestone or upon full completion, along with instructions on accessing their materials.
Turnaround Time
• Project timelines and delivery schedules are detailed in your proposal or contract. Typical delivery periods range from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on service complexity.
• If an unforeseen delay arises, clients will be notified immediately with an updated delivery estimate.
Shipping of Physical Products (If Applicable)

• Shipping is carried out through reputed courier services, and tracking details are sent to the client.
• Delivery timelines may vary by location.

Missing or Delayed Deliveries

• For physical items (if applicable): Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your item has not arrived so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
