Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation
• Clients may request to cancel their order or service by emailing us at your email address or contacting your dedicated account manager.
• For project-based services (e.g., website development, SEO, marketing campaigns):
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations requested after 24 hours of payment and before project initiation are eligible for a 75% refund.
• Once the project has started or delivery of service has commenced, cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, refund amounts will depend on the proportion of work completed.
• For monthly or recurring plans: You may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period once initiated.
Refund Policy
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of cancellation approval.
• No refunds are provided on completed or delivered digital marketing or web services unless there is a demonstrable non-fulfillment of agreed deliverables.
• If you believe you have been billed in error or would like to discuss your situation, please contact us at your email address and we will review your request promptly.
• In cases of partial refunds (such as work in progress), the amount refunded will be proportional to the part of the project undelivered or not initiated.

• Up Front Marketings reserves the right to deny a cancellation or refund if the terms mentioned above are not met.
